Audio Visual Needs
The Independence Ballroom can accommodate your audio visual needs. From a podium and microphone set-up, to a power-point presentation, or advanced lighting and staging for a live performance, we will be happy to contact our exclusive audio visual provider and supply you with a customized proposal.
Historical Characters
Treat your guests to a colonial experience with the addition of historical characters. Ben Franklin, George Washington, Betsy Ross, or a talented colonial musician. We can customize a colonial program from door greetings to town hall meetings.
Convenient Parking
Our ample parking garage is located underground. With entrances on both 5th and 6th street, you will have no problem finding a spot. Inclement weather? Just take our elevator from the garage to the ground floor of the Independence Visitor Center foyer. You and your guests won’t even need to go outside. Reduced rate parking vouchers are available for evening events upon advanced request.Additional Resources
We will be happy to assist you in finding accommodations for your guests, photographers, florists, or entertainment. We are also able to provide your out-of-town visitors with all of the necessary information for making their stay in Philadelphia the best time possible.
